Lauren and Dave have been together since they were 15 and married since 22. Today, they’re raising two daughters in Springfield, Kentucky, where they recently built their family home on a little piece of land of their own.
Their paths to Heritage Reserve looked very different. Lauren spent 20 years in healthcare and became a nurse practitioner, while Dave left Toyota in 2020 to pursue his gift for craftsmanship and creative work through Urban Craftsman Production.
After years of prayer and dreaming about what could come next, they decided to bring their strengths together—Lauren’s organization, planning, and eye for detail with Dave’s creativity, craftsmanship, and ability to bring an idea to life.

Heritage represents where we come from—our family, Kentucky roots, craftsmanship, and the things worth passing down.
Reserve represents how we choose to build: intentionally. Heritage Reserve isn't meant to be the biggest company or take every project. We want to remain personal, selective, and owner-involved, choosing quality and reputation over volume.
